At Roslyn, we're dedicated to offering our customers the latest fashion, top-notch quality, and unbeatable prices. If you're not satisfied with the fit, color, or design, feel free to exchange the product within 7 days of delivery

For product exchanges, please contact us at info.roslynbydemi@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for exchange. Alternatively, you can reach our Customer Care Team at +91 8197167640 during our working hours: Monday to Saturday, from 10:30 AM to 6 PM.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. 


Exchange process

Currently, we do not offer returns. If the garment you've purchased doesn't fit correctly, we're happy to exchange it for the right size or another item within 7 days of delivery. To facilitate an exchange, please make sure the garment is unused, in its original packaging, and still has all the original tags attached. After receiving the returned package, Team Roslyn will assess the exchange request and process it in accordance with applicable guidelines.

Please send us an email within 7 business days of receiving your package at info.roslynbydemi@gmail.com. If the request is made after this period, the item won't qualify for an exchange.

Our team will respond via email to confirm the exchange.

Please be aware that any items received in alternative packaging will not be accepted for exchange

For Faulty or Damaged Garments 

All products dispatched by us undergo rigorous quality checks. However, if you happen to receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we're here to assist. Simply return the item within 7 days of purchase, and we'll replace it for you. Please bear in mind that normal wear and tear are not considered manufacturing faults. If you've received a flawed item, please reach out to us at info.roslynbydemi@gmail.com. In the subject line, include your order number, and in the email, describe the issue and provide images of the damage. We'll promptly arrange for a replacement


For Out-of-Stock Garments 

If you happen to purchase an item that's no longer available, we'll promptly notify you via email and present you with an appropriate alternative.
