Terms of service

 

  1. Exchange durations may vary and typically range from 14 to 20 business days, based on product availability and weather conditions. All items submitted for exchange will be subject to inspection.
  2. Tags must be maintained and not removed.
  3. In the extremely rare occurrence of a manufacturing defect, kindly contact us at info.roslynbydemi@gmail.com, providing images to facilitate a resolution.
  4. Exchange couriers need to be sent back by the customer at their own costs.
  5. Exchanges are only free for the first time, subsequent exchanges are chargeable at Rs.99/product.

  6.  Mail subject line should have 'EXCHANGE - name - order number.

  7. As we do not have a reverse pickup facility, you will be responsible for booking your own courier for returning your item. 

  8.  Please note Sale items are not eligible for exchange
